What are the best aspects of this product?
I honestly have had such a bad experience I would say nothing was good.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They don't follow up effectively. They need to explain before the money is spent, their process because it is not similar to other accounting firms I have used.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A checklist of what the company would need before beginning work. They promised a P and L in 3 weeks and it's been four months.
