What are the best aspects of this product?

The greatest thing in Benevity tool is incredibly user friendly and it is useful for charitable organizations. I like how you're going to create several websites and implement tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope there were more useful functionality. Oftentimes my company would use various channels to do it all in a single file.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We primarily use Benevity for charitable organizations but we have also utilized Benevity for raising donations before. I like it's feature that you can keep on track your charitable work.
