What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how no matter how many updates this program goes through, it still maintains its file formatting. This means that we can still use and update files from way back.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While file formatting seems to remain constant, certain settings in a given workspace seems to constantly need updating. This can take up quite a lot of our time, especially in pinpointing which areas of the program need to be updated with our preferences.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to churn out designs and drafts more efficiently with MicroStation. The approval rate has been much higher too because we don’t have to go back and forth to agree on the file formatting with our clients.
