It is very cost effective. Our company saves a lot of money by using BetterTeam.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are consistent software problems that do not get fixed when you contact support. They might provide a temporary fix, but the next day you have the same problems again. When you reach out again, they blow you off and say that the problem has been fixed. They also say that they will get back to you and never do. They have poor customer service.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like the current features to work correctly all the time.
