Convenient to install and integrate but difficult to learn

What are the best aspects of this product?

It easily handles metrics with super intensive key performance indicators. Reporting and presentations are easier too since it has helpful subscriptions in PDF files. Such files can also be converted to individual papers in CSV file format.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform has tons of features that make it difficult to learn from the start. Load filters, and the interface easily malfunctions. However, it gets back on good working condition after a few moments. Moreover, I feel the app doesn’t have enough data for defining answers from different classifications, as well as for creating more better queries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a highly useful platform that lets us show presentations through website panels all over the company. It’s helpful in recording sales data, as well as for passing such details from one manager to another. It makes gathering inputs from managers easier too. Moreover, it has helped us succeed in a cost-benefit study through an ad-based campaign.
