What are the best aspects of this product?
The BIRST is a great help for expanding business on the cloud. It’s capable of handling tons of records, as well as it helps scale depending on the usage of reports. It features clear reports too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It’s unfamiliar for us because it’s different from more popular apps such as QlikSense and Tableau. In many instances, it suddenly disconnects when creating reports too. Moreover, the login requirements for every 2 minutes idle time is quite short for our needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It’s a big help for cloud computing, expanding and managing, as well as it has a relatively lower cost than others. It allows multiple users at the same time too. Plus, it seamlessly connects to essential apps such as Snowflake, AWS, and Redshift.
