This is the best tool for data analytics I have used since it lets me connect with external data sources conveniently. It can also handle different data file formats such as TXT and XLS among many others. Also, it has great user support which has helped me sort out some issues easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks significant and helpful updates that are actually new and useful. It sometimes makes mistakes when sending reports too, since not all supposed recipients receive the reports. Also, the cloud server makes panels load slower in some instances.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It’s helpful for data analysis since it lets us intensively process data without missing anything. We also use it in sending data to our partners, then they notice its great functionalities and visualizations. Now, they’re already planning to use this platform as well.
