This is great alternative to Github, it is simple, affordable and easy to use. There is free model and if you sign up for a monthly account they offer unlimited number of keeping and creating private repos, also, it integrates well with all Atlassian Products. This product is great for medium to enterprise size industries. There is great documentation and its support team is highly responsive and always willing to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting up this product on Mac took me a while to figure out first steps. In addition, there are some issues with loading and I had to wait for a few minutes in order to load the dashboard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to restore development files, to keep all the codes private and to store files. Also, it keeps everything in one place and all the things are easily accessible.
