What are the best aspects of this product?
Our CRM is in sync with proposals, orders and customer service. We do a lot of email campaigns and BizAutomation allows us to target multiple segments. Leads are followed up more consistently and with greater predictability using the app's scoring tool. I'd say the software is comparable with both standalone marketing and CRM solutions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Bugs are expected, none that support can't handle.
