I have more visibility on our sales data and that helps me a lot with planning. Likewise, data is in real time so I can prepare reports with accuracy based on the latest market activities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can use fewer steps to navigate the features. Set up is a bit complicated for me.

Strong points for visibility and reports & analytics. I can take immediate actions where necessary. For instance, a sudden promotional opportunity over a trending event.
