What are the best aspects of this product?
Generally, support is reliable, features are exactly just what we need, very intuitive so user adoption is a smooth experience. We also like the deep customization that allows us to categorize records aligned with our workflows.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing major. Small things like entering contact information can be more standardized.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We got rid of multiple apps running our various departments. We tried CRM software, inventory management software and accounting system. Integration is feasible but bugs in one system--they'll happen, mind you--mean the entire integration collapses occasionally. Having a single system ensures that all our data is synced, and when issues pop up, we only have one vendor to talk to. It does help their customer service is great.
