More affordable than top-tiered ERPs with the same capabilities

What are the best aspects of this product?

It suits our workflow of dealing with a wide range of lines from products to spare parts. It allows us to unite all our data across multiple channels and SKUs so that our inventory is always in tune with order fulfillment and our accounting able to track all transactions. This is nothing unique to the system though, most top-tiered ERPs have the same capabilities. But BizAutomation is way more affordable, so it doesn't only help us streamline our day-to-day operations but save us a significant amount of subscription money every month.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It won't have the same rich features of a Netsuite or SAP, but it does the job for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to streamline order transactions. From placement to fulfillment transactions are tracked by the minute instead of hours or even days before we migrated to BizAutomation.
