What are the best aspects of this product?
We can sort items by categories making for a more systematic way to organize our accounts. For example, we can pull records by client or service. One practical use of this is that we can see how much each account is bringing in. Depending on the context, we can reallocate resources to items with the most revenue promise.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system could be more intuitive for non-technical users especially. Some of our managers complain of navigating through multiple screens just to find an item. It's also easy to lose your way tinkering with settings.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It lends tranparency and accuracy to client accounts. Everybody is in the loop about sales updates, transactions, revenue forecasts, etc. Management is in close coordination with departments, helping the former make more realistic strat planning. That spells for the company overall efficiency and productivity.
