PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a perfect fit for us since our implementation of the system five years ago. Our CRM, accounting and ecommerce are in sync and the workflows standardized. We haven't had any major change or issue for years now. That's saying a lot about its reliability.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are minor glitches like when sync takes longer than usual but this is more of an internet connection issue. The good thing about using somethign for a long time is, you're almost familiar with such glitches and know they're temporary.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes our processes more reliable. We're assured that data is credible so our numbers are accurate whether it's repeat sales from our CRM or payables from our invoicing.
