Revenue forecasting with more accuracy and consistency

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our I.T. was able to customize functions around different teams' workflows and institute a mother process to sync all our data and reporting. It's also intuitive enough for users; teams can configure their dashboards so they only need to look at their metrics. Less clutter more focus on their respective jobs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We'd appreciate it more if the e-commerce feature is robust. It doesn't have to match Shopify, but at least somewhere near its product-level customization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to sync our CRM and accounting. Now we can process volume orders fast and more accurately. Transactional data goes straight to accounting so we can see clearly how much we're earning by the hour and predict revenues down to daily forecasting.
