Brilliant tool for collaborative efforts

What are the best aspects of this product?

This made collaborations easier for our team. We have remote workers that we need to give instructions from time to time and I can honestly say that Blackboard Collaborate helped a great deal with our task delegation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike. I am in love with this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before we had trouble delegating tasks to remote workers, this application gave us a much more convenient way to communicate.
