What are the best aspects of this product?

With Blackboard Collaborate, I can easily look at my grades for all courses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some issues of connectivity. There were also times where instructors cannot view my work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now join any discussion in my university anytime or anywhere. This made me very happy because now I could gain more knowledge in different fields.
