Great platform for reaching out to other people

What are the best aspects of this product?

I enjoy the real-time collaboration this application provides. I can easily share screens with my students and they can actively participate too. To add to this, file uploads and sharing documents are fast and convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I noticed that some of my students lose connection while I'm on a live session. I think Blackboard Collaborate should work on this as it interrupts the lesson flow. Also, I suggest to redesign the eraser tool as some students think it will only erase a portion of the page, but actually erases the whole page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company, Mathnasium, is a tutoring company for the Math subject. Through this app, we were able to teach more students online, giving them the same experience as a classroom set-up. This is very useful for students who live far away or can't afford to travel long distances. More importantly, it gives parents a great alternative tool for teaching their kids.
