The best place to collaborate and communicate

What are the best aspects of this product?

Love the many features Blackboard Collaborate offers. I can teach students through video or chat. I can meet them in a group or individually. It almost feels like I am teaching them in person.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be quite difficult to use for me because of the several features it offers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aside from the ability to teach online, this application also gives me the ability to manage my time properly. I can set up schedules on when my students can talk to me.
