What are the best aspects of this product?

For all the features it offers, Blackboard Collaborate is a very cheap alternative to other online class applications. I can share content with my students, separate them into groups, and even record lectures.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike. It has everything I need for online class discussions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform helped me reach out to my students despite their locations. Now, they can learn even if I don't physically meet them.
