What are the best aspects of this product?

This made web-conference way easier for my workmates and me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Though I appreciate being able to see my whole team while at a conference, the screens can be confusing at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the major setbacks for us is when we cannot reach a team member who is not at the office. Through this application, we can easily contact them even if they're a million miles away.
