Failure of a product

What are the best aspects of this product?

Was not provided a chance to try any features past signing up for an account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The company promises that the product can be demoed, yet when we signed up for an account every visible feature is inaccessible and is behind a payment wall.
Customer service bluntly said that we have to commit to an annual plan or sign up for an even more expensive monthly plan to try the software. No demo of any kind would be provided and any mentioning of the trial period that is clearly shown on the dashboard is "deprecated". The company does not trust its own product and is ok with prospective clients leaving vs giving any chance to try out the service.
To be clear - I'd be ok paying the $1oo/mo price IF I knew what we are getting or if it even works with our setup. That was refused. Lack of care by their sales/customer service is another significant issue I can't ignore.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

1. Start caring for your clients. Complete lack of care leads to financial losses.
2. Offer ANY way to try the product before just forcing people into a paywall.
3. Offer lower rates that can be tried without having to sign an annual plan agreement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. Just wasted a bunch of time.
