I loved Blogger most because it's developed by Google and it's available immediately without any charges, anybody else without having any information could even begin a free platform utilizing their drag-and-drop components.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Blogger is nice but it does not provide high-quality features. Compared to several other blog developer platforms, it does have a huge limitations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Honestly, I really like Blogger and I recommend it to other beginner bloggers to begin their first-ever web page using this blog publishing tool only.
