What are the best aspects of this product?

Blogger is is a fully free medium, you can create and put your personal blog in the shortest period kudos to its open-source design and its wide range of designs professionally made that seamlessly goes with great videos and audio, making the blog more responsive, more interesting and fun. Coding is simple. Blogger is also compatible with the workflows of data and measurement where the variations with Google Adsense are seen.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a free platform so manage your expectations, it's non-comparable to WordPress and the like. Another thing that I don't like is it doesn't function well with too much data, it often lags a lot, causing much inconvenience when uploading either an audio or video update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use the Blogger platform to develop my blog where I give my expertise as a freelancer and technical advisor and I also use it to develop some of the company's customers' blogs and that they can also share their knowledge, because it took days before it took me to make a model and layout the prototype from scratch, but I can do many jobs in a week with Blogger that has changed. In a week, I can do multiple jobs. In just one week, my performance has doubled.
