What are the best aspects of this product?

Bloomerang gives the data you need, makes it easier for us to understand and keep up! Very easy to use, data is on the dashboard, and we can categorize customers in buckets and create a "game plan" per bucket.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The household feature is a bit difficult to manage. Couples can be enjoined in one account instead of each person having a personal account then enjoined in one household.
