What are the best aspects of this product?

An overall easy to use, simple yet comprehensive app. The reporting feature takes a bit of time to learn to use but once you get used to it, it gets easier and much more functional. They also have templates for generating reports but you can also customize them. Their chat support is commendable. They respond immediately, full of information, and they do not let go until the problem is fixed. They are also great with following up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Creating reports. Although it is highly customizable, there are still limitations, like, when generating transaction reports, it does present the data as consolidated, instead, it presents it one-by-one by transaction, for a given year.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Keeping a great relationship with the donors, bridging the gaps with other donors, thanking donors within 48 hours of their donation, and they give a lot of support to their clients.
