What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love about them is they listen. They ask for feedback from users and their updates are always so amazing: mobile app, integration with Mailchimp, automated donor surveys, Stripe, Qgiv, etc. With every update, they also provide webinars and training.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Pretty minor: the design of the donation box is not sophisticated enough for me. And I would like to have the dashboard be updated in real-time.

Prioritizing our donor experience through the help of the donor survey.
