What are the best aspects of this product?

Bloomerang has a lot of amazing features but what stands out to me is the reporting feature--so easy to use and the data it provides are comprehensive and always accessible. It greatly improved our interactions with donors. I love that it is web-based. And they always check in with us on what needs to be improved and they deliver.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We fixed the issue already but I would like Bloomerang to have a feature that would be like a dashboard for on-air fundraisers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Accessible data! With more accessible data we improved everything in our organization.
