What are the best aspects of this product?

Bloomerang incredibly improved our productivity but what I really love about them is their people--the sales rep still checks in on me after a year of making the sale and their chat reps are always so accomodating and really helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Bloomerang lacks event management features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Connect with donors and volunteers, more access to information, and generally smoother flow of information between groups.
