What are the best aspects of this product?

We have become much more engaging with our donors since we started Bloomerang. Even with the little workforce in the organization, it is still manageable through Bloomerang.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None so far, there is nothing I dislike about Bloomerang.

Customizing the workspace, creating reports, better relationships and better information dissemination with donors, record-keeping.
