PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use, and learn how to use. My favorite is their email feature. They are integrated with Mail Chimp so it is a big plus and it does its job without lapses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The database feature is a bit overwhelming for me. It would be helpful if it could be more simplified.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Emailing donors and segmenting the database.
