What are the best aspects of this product?

Bloomerang is more intuitive than most CRMs I have used so far. We can record every interaction we had with donors (phone calls, emails, thank-yous, etc.) which results in building better relationships with our donors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The payment gateway can be improved.
