What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Bloomerang! All of the information that we need is in one place and communication with our donors have been smoother since we used it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None, everything is perfect. And if we do experience a problem, we can just call or chat with their support team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication improved: general inquiries and interactions, sending emails, sending documents, etc. We integrated with Stripe and when donors donate through Stripe, it immediately updates in our system.
