The application is so seamless! Keeping track of donors has been easier because it just updates automatically and it does not need much effort from the user.

Templates for transferring data is a bit tedious.

Keeping track of donors' information, inviting new donors, creating and generating reports, sending out letters, etc. Great time saver.
