What are the best aspects of this product?

This is the best donor management application that I ever used! It has all the information and data you need yet it is so user-friendly. Tracking has never been easy with Bloomerang--I can create comprehensive reports with data that I can filter depending on the need. Accessibility. Their support is also so accessible, one chat away, and they provide webinars and articles. And, they have a mobile app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Filtering reports. Still easier than other apps to generate reports though.

Keeping track of the interactions we made with donors, an easier way to contact donors, improved donor experience, and keeping track of donors.
