What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to keep track of tasks needed to do per donor, creating reports is quite handy, and creating emails have been very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Data when creating reports: when I try to generate a report with financial detail it does not provide much donor info and vice versa. I hope we can generate a report with both details of the donors and finances.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Improved relationship with donors (great for follow-ups and giving information).
