What are the best aspects of this product?
This application has been the best I have encountered (and I have used a lot of donor databases)! Well worth the money because it has the features that we pay separately or use a different app from our previous database app. All in one place, so easy to use, and overall a great switch!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is on the expensive side but it is worth the money for all the inclusions and features that it gives.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can track every donor interactions much easier through Bloomerang.
