What are the best aspects of this product?

Blue Prism decreases the amount of manual workload by automating recurring processes. Easy to use, since it runs on drag and drop feature for structuralizing the tasks. It lets us control its bots by changing their assignment, and we can add new bots when necessary. Blue Prism runs faster than other RPA too. As a result, we can manage the critical points of resource availability, priority and demands with full efficiency anytime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We need to pay more each time we need to do some modification in the platform. Also, tweaking its modules means connecting with the support team for assistance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Blue Prism allows us to leverage on an RPA with highly intuitive and secured bots. They are efficient on the cloud or on our devices, and we can provide separate bots for separate users too. Blue Prism is helpful for handling conference room and parking lot bookings, even when using our smartphones. As a result, it is efficient and easy for us to manage reports, and to know essential booking details. We can identify who have made certain bookings, and if they can cancel reservations or not.
