What are the best aspects of this product?

Blue Prism is efficient in virtualizing many of our business process, which in turn translates to lesser operational and manpower cost. This accurately puts all of our processes in proper order, collects data for analysis, and helps us maintain compliance at all times. Blue Prism is also very easy and smooth to use, and it lets us efficiently browse from one tool to another.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Blue Prism has high demands for frequent upkeeps. We also experience difficulties in recuperating our investment with the platform.

Blue Prism helps us gain full control over all the processes that our users make in their workspaces. It has a highly intuitive dashboard that is very efficient in tracking and working with all information and essential tools we use. It works with our enterprise resource planning system, customer relationship management system, 3270, Windows mobile and with our extranet among many others. This platform conveniently runs on Windows OS, and is automatically updated on real-time basis for us to receive fresh project details anytime.
