PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Blue Prism is highly compatible with other essential software tools that we use such as MS Office 365, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Sharepoints, Citrix, Scada, Legacy System and Emulated Terminals among others. It also works with our disk operating system, remote desktop protocol, enterprise resource planner, customer relationship manager, human resource, and database tools. Wonderfully, Blue Prism is also perfect for saving FTE cost value, and can continuously run without missing a minute each year. This pulls down the expenses of our company operations by 35% to 65%, and we also save about 10% to 30% with offsite operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are not satisfied with the layout of its interface. We have observed some problems with the remote manager and time tracker too. Also, new users have some difficulties learning the Blue Prism reports and statistics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Syncing our Excel spreadsheet database with the platform is more efficient with Blue Prism. It puts all business processes on our hands, so we can fully control tasks automatically. We can track what employees are doing too. Plus, we are amazed on how we can control and handle all processes in Blue Prism through its cloud-based mobile app. That’s why we have decided to build more Blue Prism modules to automate some other processes in our company.
