What are the best aspects of this product?

We partner with Blue Prism by helping our clients enjoy the benefits of RPA in their business, and we’ve heard a lot of great stories from them. Primarily, they love the platform because of its features and functions, as well as the great support they get from its community. The Blue Prism community does excellent in helping partners and users of the platform by accommodating feedbacks, suggestions and comments efficiently. And this is the secret why Blue Prism continues to perform better than its competitors today.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Blue Prism isn’t that affordable. Rates for support is quite expensive, as well as the price of its license.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Great RPA solution for our clients, especially for B2B setup. It fits with other system applications too. Also, we have noticed that our clients get their ROI in small amount of time with Blue Prism.
