What are the best aspects of this product?

Blue Prism is way above other RPA tools in terms of managing different automated processes because of its stellar concept and functions. Creating codes is easy with Blue Prism, and it would be easier for you to tweak processes once you get a better grasp on the tool. Also, it is easy to view and check your codes through a convenient feature within the platform, which means you won’t be needing a third-party tool for the job. You won’t experience any problem when reusing Blue Prism too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find its user support quite confusing, thus I feel they should make it better. Noticeably, they run two different platform for the portal and for certifications. And when you choose the latter one, they’d make you wait for about a couple of months before responding.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Blue Prism brings stellar and efficient automation in our business, especially that it runs well with our essential apps such as for Windows, Citrix, Main Frame, Java and web hosting. This is smoothly making recurring processes highly virtualized too. Thus, I think it really helps in pulling down operational cost of a business. Blue Prism also helps workers focus on creative tasks such as keeping in touch with customers among others.
