What are the best aspects of this product?

Very customizable and robust in terms of automating recurring work in our company. This greatly pulls down the amount of manual operation, as well as it saves working hours and expenses. It is compatible with many other sales platform, excellent for addressing concerns, and automates cost processes. Other fantastic features include image recognition and tool for analytics. This platform also has great support that is up round the clock.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find nothing to dislike with this RPA. It is very easy to learn, easy to use, complete features and has excellent performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We trust this when it comes to creating repetitive processes. It perfectly automates much of our work as well.
