What are the best aspects of this product?
Blue Prism automates almost every essential parts in our system, such as web apps, Google Drive, and emailing among others. It can read and manage emails very well. Blue Prism is efficient for managing Google Sheets too, which is something that you can’t find on other RPA solutions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Managing logs and queue is problematic with Blue Prism. But the support team tells me that they’ll solve such issues with the next updates. I’ll be hoping for the best, especially that I have no other problem when using Blue Prism.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has digitalized many manual tasks in our company such as database management, custom emailing to trigger audience, as well as transferring files. Blue Prism is also amazing for saving working hours for up to 20 full time equivalent in a year. And we continuously add more processes to automate using Blue Prism.
