What are the best aspects of this product?

This proficiently handles and implement all of our processes round the clock in highly accurate manner that boosts outcome. It also helps in getting the best work quality from our employees, and subtracts a huge chunk of work from our HR team. In addition, it has dependable security features, easy to manage and is easy to review. And because of the automation it brings, we clearly observes the significant amount of time it saves in FTE value. Blue Prism is also an affordable platform with relatively lower period for recuperating the ROI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Blue Prism increases the demand for critical software maintenance in our system tools. It makes us fully reliant on such software and their interfaces too. As a result, it impedes our company innovation in some ways.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Suitable solution for automating many processes in our company, such as syncing our Office 360 with the existing database. Every Blue Prism use in our company also has an account that tracks their workflow in company projects. Data gathered from such user accounts are shown in accurate statistical reports that we can assess. This helps us determine the best projects that generate bigger sales for our company. Overall, Blue Prism virtualizes our database, and it improves quality of the results we get.
