What are the best aspects of this product?

Compared to other tools, this is really user-friendly. It didn't take long for me to get the hang of it, and this software is more fool-proof than other similar ones I've used so far. I've also been able to use it to take measurments of architecture plans, and it has been incredibly easy to do so.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that future versions of this program could handle more construction file types. As of now, it cannot convery .dwg files to .pdf files, and I think if they could do that in the futre takeoffs would be so much more easy to do.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've become so much more accurate thanks to this program and its measurement tools, especially when it comes to cost estimates. Collaboration has improved since we can edit files via conference, and we can even use it for the other associated services that we provide.
