Essential for those in architecture

What are the best aspects of this product?

I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that this has really been a gamechanger for the engineering and architecture industry. It has really made the process more quick and efficient since I no longer need to wait around for minuscule changes when it comes to the different versions of a CAD file. This tool also makes markups in PDF clear and easy to spot, so the process is quick and easy. I can also use this to collaborate with colleagues, which is always a plus. To top it all off, it is flexible enough that I can use it for basic office work on top of using it for CAD files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I use both a Mac and a PC, and I have noticed that there are differences with the PC version of the program compared with the Mac version. I have also noticed that converting CAD files to PDF can take some time, although I think this problem could be blamed as much on my old PC as on the program. I would really like to see the conversion time be quicker in future versions of the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The workflow at the office has been sped up since PDF changes and markups can be done really quickly. Teamwork has also improved since people from the field and the office can easily collaborate. Reviewing PDFs has also been made really easy.
