Multiple useful functions

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a lot of really useful functions that I really appreciate. It is user-friendly and the stamps and bookmarks it provides have been a great help in getting me organized. As an architect, the ability to play with line types, line weights, and opacities has been a big plus for me, helping my work to look visually-pleasing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had been using the previous version of this software before and I have to say that making the transition was not easy. Customer support wasn't that available, so it was really difficult for me whenever I encountered problems. The files made with the new version are also slow and heavy, which is something that clients do not like. Editing a file with this new version also results in the original PDF flashing on the screen, and I would really want to have that fixed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has really helped me speed up my work. I can put together a PDF pretty quickly, thanks to the toolbars and shortcuts that it provides. Because of this, I have kept my clients happy because the files can be quickly sent to them.
