What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things I like about this program. For one thing, I can use it it to convert some scanned documents into text that can be selected and edited. I also like how the drawing can be scaled using this program. Modifying PDFs can be done easily thanks to command buttons that are intutive, and the program even has layers and spell check.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am not a big fan of having to pay a monthly subscription. This makes it much more expensive than it should be, and I don't think the program is worth that high a price tag.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Perhaps the biggest thing that this program solved for us is the difficulty of modiftying large drawings or reports. Before this came around, you had to perform the unenviable task of making sure everything is accurate when scaling dimensions of old PDF scaled drawings. Not you can do this easily thanks to the scale command. You can be sure that the scales from old files and aerials are accurate, and you can do all of this so quickly and easily.
