What are the best aspects of this product?

I think the best thing about this tool is how great it is for collaboration. I can use it to distribute documents, as well as to edit with my teammates. It speeds up the work process since we can have all the inputs needed at the same time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I use a Mac, and they really could improve the support they provide for Mac users. I also think the most recent interface leans too heavily towards minimalism.

This tool has been really great when it comes to streamlining our workflows. The markup tools are powerful and focused, and is better at tracking and reporting markup data compared to its competitors. It has also helped us improve our collaborations with other people in the construction business.
